It has been almost 6 years since I posted my original meatball recipe. I’ve since developed an alternate version. I like both versions, but if your partner is getting sick of eating the original recipe, try this one instead. It’s pretty great.
Follow all the same instructions as the original recipe.
Use these ingredients instead:
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp “Italian seasoning”
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup half-and-half
- 1/4 cup parmesan, shredded or grated
- 1/2 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
